What have you always wanted to do? What's on your bucket list?
It's a fully loaded question these days because somewhere along the way, bucket lists, like new years resolutions, and carbohydrates, have gotten a bad reputation.
Maybe it’s the cancel culture we live in or perhaps it’s the misconception that bucket lists have to be filled with the biggest, flashiest and wildest of aspirations.
I get the urge to roll your eyes and act like having one is trite. And I even understand the urge to lie and say you don’t have one at all.
Now maybe you don’t physically have one written out but I’m calling BS on anywho who says there is nothing they want to do, become, achieve, see, or experience in this life.
Honestly hearing so many people say that. That there isn’t one single thing that’s pulling on the heart or soul. It breaks my heart because....
There’s an entire beautiful world out there to experience!
195 countries
Four Oceans or five if you’re counting the Southern Antarctic as most countries now do
Approximately 50 Seas, 372,000 beaches and 10 Rainforests.
More than a million mountains, 6,000+ national parks, and nearly a million species of animals
Over 23,000 colleges and universities with endless subjects to study
63 types of cuisines to explore
Endless hobbies, crafts, games, shows, markets, and events to experience.
1500 different musical instruments to choose between and 30,000 - 50,000 concerts every single year
More than 800 different sports to try, 6,500 languages to learn and 2,400 roller coasters to ride
Enough books to read 1,721,519 books every year and that’s not counting the close to 4 million new books that are published each year
8 Billion people providing endless potential for friends, lovers, business partners, teammates, confidents or connections.
You can even go to space for $450, 000 USD
I could keep going but you get it; this earth we live on and call home is pretty incredible.
On top of that no other era has provided us with more opportunity and access to make a living & life doing something we love, than the one we live in right now. The world is your *&$*@$# oyster.
There is something and I’m willing to bet, there are many things pulling on your heart. Things you feel called too. Places you want to see and lands you want to explore. There are experiences you want to have, things you want to conquer and stuff you’d regret never doing.
Call it what you want.
A life list, goals list, things to conquer, a life plan, goals to achieve, adventure list, a wish list, a bucket list, or as I’ve been calling it, my 100 BRAVE Things Project. It’s a list of goals big, small, teeny tiny or extraordinary. More than that though, it's a roadmap to a life well-lived and a reminder to make the most of our limited time on this planet.
If I haven’t convinced you yet here are 6 Ways having a bucket list has positively impacted my life and wellbeing:
Finally got out of my comfort zone.
Empowered me to starting doing things that had been on my heart for years.
Reignited my passion for writing.
Helped me find a way to keep living in the worst moments of my life.
Boosted my confidence and self-esteem.
Helped me reimagine what’s possible for my life.
Life is a precious gift, and each day brings countless opportunities for growth, joy, and fulfillment. Yet, all too often, we find ourselves caught up in the mundane routines of life, forgetting to pursue our deepest desires and dreams. This is where a bucket list comes in—a powerful tool that can help us live with more purpose and meaning.
It’s not about chasing big, flashy or wild goals. It's about doing more of the things that make you feel alive and not waiting to start living the life that is true to you. Because someday isn't a day of the week.
And hey, we only get ONE LIFE with no guarantee of how long it will be so I don’t know about you. But I want mine to be EPIC. I want to blow my own damn mind.

Dismissing it won't help in the end.
Saying there's nothing on your list. Won’t make it hurt less when you look back, in 20, 30, 40, or 50 years, saddened and even heart broken by the string of unfulfilled dreams, broken promises, and ideas never acted on or explored.
My son Braedon went to school on Friday, worked his part time job on Saturday and ending up in the ER that Sunday. 150 days later he was dead. I don't share this to be crass or for sympathy but to help you become more aware of your own mortality.
So many of us, myself included, are showing up to life like we'll always have more time. But none of are getting out of here alive, so I say we make it worthwhile. Let's start reaching for the things we long for and dream of even if we have no idea how we'll breath them to life. #blowyourowndammind
So my dear friend I’ll ask you again what do you want to do before you die? #whatsonyourbucketlist ?
Rooting for you ALWAYS,
Tiffany

After finding her son's bucket list shortly after he passed away, Tiffany committed to completing it and making her own.
She'd honour him by honouring her life and helping others do the same. She quickly launched her 100 BRAVE Things Project in his memory and started to live with more purpose and intention than she ever had before.
Now she’s committed to empowering others to believe in radical possibility
"It was as if Braedon was reaching out across space and time reminding me to fully experience all the beauty and wonderment this world has to offer. Reminding me to be brave."
Since launching Tiffany has checked 21 things off her list; two of which were off her son's list. Read more here.
